Jen's blog

My apologies im late writing my blog i just lose track of time so easily it feels like i just wrote my last one yesterday! I cant believe its December already i still feel like im only just getting into things and its nearly the end of the semester!! Tests and lab reports are piling up but classes are quitening down so its not to hard trying to get everything done.
The late late toy show was on last week which was very early but it definatly signifies the beginning of Christmas. Sadly im not going to make the cell biology lab exam this friday as i have a wedding to go to in Mayo. Thankfully the chemistry labs are over so i wont miss to much!
I cant wait to be finished for Christmas, its quite comforting to know that we have January off in cit so we can be eased back into it without having to start back at both colleges at once. We got our test results back for bio med and cell biology. I think its obvious from my results which lecture i prefer, i really need to spend more time studying for my next bio med test!! The chemistry results are still unknown nearly 6 weeks later so we still have them to look forward to!!;)
This is my last blog i think so Goodbye!!

Ian's entry.

Christmas time is rolling around again. The lights are on in the city centre and frantic search for presents begins. However all is not well in the world of the first year biomedical science student. The lab reports are beginning to mount up and the test dates are approaching quickly. The presentations are due as well as the posters. And to top it all off I got clamped yesterday. The Christmas spirit really is draining from me very quickly.

Ah but then I think. Six weeks holidays, presents under the tree and the end of our first college semester. It's gone well so far despite the hefty work load. Hint hint for semester two. Man I relly can't wait to be off. I'm not quite sure what I'll do without the 30 odd hours of lectures a week, and I'm a little worried as to how I'll cope coming back to it after Christmas. I guess by that stage I'll have my Christmas cheer back and 2010 to look forward to.

Mery Christmas all,

Ian Mc Donald

Well hello again,
Its hard to believe but its nearly Christmas already!Only three weeks left and we are on holidays. Time went so fast and i have to say that i enjoyed college life so much so far.
Last week was very easy, because of the floods, UCC was closed, so we only had to attend labs in CIT, it was a great break:)
Next few weeks are ment to be hard, as we will have many tests, hope everything will go well.
Good news is that chemistry labs are finished now until after christmas, so we will have nice easy fridays now.
There is nothing else i can say really, so i better go and finish my lab reports,
Talk to you again next week,
Natasha
